How we’ll work together:

Meetings are virtual-first and conducted by Google Meet.

This gives us maximum flexibility and convenience when it comes to scheduling.

I recommend kicking things off with a 1-hour initial consultation.

We’ll dedicate that time to learning more about your needs and goals while working with you to plan next steps.

Your preferences will help set the pace for what comes next.

Scheduling our follow-up sessions every week, two weeks, or month for an hour or 30 minutes is up to you.

Hour sessions are $150 and half-hour sessions are $80.

Custom packages are available.

 FAQs

  • At least 24 hours advance notice is required for cancelations or rescheduling. Otherwise a late cancellation fee applies.

  • I accept card, check, cash, and Zelle.

  • Yes, please email me to coordinate insurance details.

  • In-person services are available throughout Westchester, New York.

  • Sure thing. Though I recommend video-based platforms as a go-to I’ll gladly respect your preferences. Phone calls can be especially great for shorter check-ins or scheduling sessions on short notice.

  • The short answer is no. That said, I’m more than happy to answer questions, provide expert insights, and offer suggestions about all of the above. I’m here to support you with all things nutrition so please don’t hesitate to share whatever’s on your mind.

  • Absolutely. There may even be times I ask you to bring someone along so we can best achieve your goals by tapping into your support system.

  • As long as you feel is necessary. We can easily put things on pause or pick up where we left off whenever you’d like.

  • I sure do. Please let me know if you’re interested in things like guided grocery store tours, webinars, presentations, recipe creation, and content development.
